The company was founded in 1898 when Frank Halley Wright provided a service to dentists and technicians from a small dental supplies office in the City of Dundee. The business principles established then, of maintaining the highest standards of service were to form the foundations of the company. We now have a tooth manufacturing business employing over 100 staff and have expanded the operation into Europe, South Africa and the USA.
What makes us unique is our depth and breadth of service. We supply over 30,000 different products offering a next day delivery service to both surgeries and labs, providing that all important link between the dentist and technician. We partner with leading suppliers like GC, Ivoclar Vivadent, Kavo and Reitel to offer unrivalled solutions for your laboratory. We manufacture alginate, teeth and denture base from our facilities both here and abroad.
Wrights boasts one of the most modern tooth factories anywhere in the world. IS0 9001 certified, our teeth are made using the latest multi-cross linked polymers.
